Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! You may return the item within 3 days after you receive your order for the full purchase price if item is not as described. Please call or email if you wish to invoke your guarantee so we can expect the merchandise to be returned. We recommend you return the item insured by FedEX Ground or USPS with Delivery Confirmation for the full purchase amount and email us the tracking number. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it.
Shipping and Handling Policy
WE SHIP EVERY ITEM SECURELY AND CAREFULLY USING APPROPRIATE PACKING MATERIALS SUCH AS CUSHIONING, WATERPROOFING AND DOUBLE BOXING ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIC ITEM’S NEEDS!
We will always charge more for international shipping, with processing expense added. Some items cannot be sent internationally through the USPS. International purchasers must make sure items are not prohibited for import into their countries. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying Shipping, Handling, and Customs Fees!
