Presenting a vintage 1970’s Navajo Sterling Silver SHIELDÂ pendant featuring an outstanding 22.3 x 17.5mm natural BlueBird Turquoise cabochon, mined in Kingman, Arizona with a remarkable quartz inclusion. The shield represents both physical and spiritual protection.
Presenting a vintage 1970’s Navajo Sterling Silver SHIELDÂ pendant featuring an outstanding 22.3 x 17.5mm natural BlueBird Turquoise cabochon, mined in Kingman, Arizona with a remarkable quartz inclusion. Surrounding the gemstone is a coiled twisted wire rope lariat with drop bead accents and an applique feather on top. The shield represents both physical and spiritual protection. The cabochon is set with an Ironstone potch that makes it slightly magnetic, and although unstamped, has been tested and verified to have silver purity of at least .925 Sterling.
