Presenting an exquisite vintage wristwatch handcrafted by Navajo silversmith Leonard Maloney featuring a pair of Kingman Turquoise set above his iconic applique work coupled with bold file and chisel details along the edges.
Presenting an exquisite vintage wristwatch handcrafted by Navajo silversmith Leonard Maloney featuring a pair of Kingman Turquoise set above his iconic applique work coupled with bold file and chisel details along the edges. The quartz movement Timex watch face measures 24.0 x 17.5mm and is in perfect working condition with minor abrasions on the crystal.
Leonard creates his works of art from his studio in Gallup, New Mexico and specializes in intricate stampwork, all done by hand with a hammer and numerous, unique stamps. His exceptionally talented family of Navajo silversmiths include his cousins Darrel and Andy Cadman, along with Daniel “Sunshine” Reeves.
