Presenting an outstanding 1974 “Blue Bird” gold vermeil sterling silver Christmas fork and spoon set designed by Carl-Henning Pederson for the renowned Anton Michelsen silversmith workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since 19 10, various well-known Danish artists had offered their talents to decorate annual Christmas spoons and matching fork sets that merge with the elegance and meticulous craftsmanship of Old Danish design. Each set was made in limited quantities with the dies being destroyed after 1 year. They are both fully hallmarked and in excellent vintage condition with minimal age-appropriate wear. The enamel is in pristine condition with no chips or cracks.
