This particular coin is in Fine condition and would make an excellent addition to any collection.
Designed by James B. Longacre the Two Cent Piece was minted from 1864 to 1872 and re-released for collectors in 1873.
As the coin was never immensely popular, most people favored the nickel, each year it was minted saw an increasingly smaller number of coins made;
