    Our Service Pledge To You:

    Everything is guaranteed as represented in the description; that aside, our guarantee is return for any reason within three days of receipt, after notifying the item is coming back. Your satisfaction with the purchase is paramount. You may call or email us for info or questions and we will give you our immediate attention.
    RETURN POLICY
    If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact Good Ole Tom's within five days of your receiving the merchandise. You may email goodoletom@snet.net or call tollfree 877OLDETOM (877-653-3866), and let us know the purchase is coming back.

    Please return it within three days of informing us, ship it the same method we shipped it, and insure it for your full purchase price plus the shipping charge. We photograph every item prior to packing for documentation to our insurance company. When received and examined to verify it is in the same condition as we originally shipped, with any tags and identifying marks intact, we will immediately refund you your payment plus your return shipping charges by the method you paid us.

    We do not charge restocking fees. Simply, you may return for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, unless specifically agreed to in advance of your purchase. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt when returning the item.

    • This policy does not apply to custom orders or layaway.
    • Damaged items are handled separately as described immediately below. Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Damage claims must be made at your end with the shipper.
    • Good Ole Tom's sends all shipments insured. If a buyer requests that an item not be shipped insured, in writing, Good Ole Tom's is then not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping.
    • To begin the process, please contact Good Ole Tom's and alert us to the damage. Claims must be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions. Call Good Ole Tom's tollfree 877OLDETOM (877-653-3866) and we will assist you. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them. In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, Good Ole Tom's will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
